CHALLENGE
The primary challenge was managing a massive volume of vendor and product data within a tri-lingual structure without compromising performance. Implementing a stable real-time chat system for sensitive business negotiations and synchronizing the shipping inquiry module with real-time logistics variables required precise database engineering and server-side optimization. Furthermore, creating a seamless UX that appeals to both Iranian exporters and international merchants with diverse visual cultures was a significant design hurdle.
