Development of the largest specialized kitchen design application as a project management and workflow platform for a professional interior design group. The system is a Laravel & Livewire SPA web app acting as the centralized dashboard for the design team. The Multi‑Role architecture includes panels for senior managers (project definition, resource allocation, and scheduling), designers (uploading 3D designs, revision management, and client communication), and clients (viewing project progress, approving milestones, and submitting feedback). The system features a custom Workflow Engine for managing design phases, a large file management system (renders and CAD drawings), a Kanban board for task tracking, and an internal real‑time notification system.
